General Questions

What is the status of my order?
After placing an order, we will send a confirmation email. You can track your order status through that email.

Can I modify my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been shipped.  
Once your order status changes to "Preparing for Shipment," "Shipped," or "Delivered," we cannot accept any changes.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?  
We primarily accept the following two payment methods:

PayPal: hotvideoshop mainly uses PayPal for secure payments. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards via PayPal.
Secure Credit Card Payment: We also accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

In which currency will my bill be settled?
All our transactions are settled in Euros. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding exchange rate based on your location.

Do you offer 3 or 4 installment payments?
We accept payment in 3 installments.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. We accept PayPal and credit card payments.

How long will it take for my order to ship? 
After placing an order, processing usually takes 3 to 7 days.  
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

How can I track my package?  
After placing an order, we will send a confirmation email. You can track your package status through the link in the email.

What if I’m not at home? 
If you are not at home, we will attempt delivery again the next day. Alternatively, depending on your country and chosen shipping method, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.  
If the package cannot be delivered to your home, you may need to pick it up from your local post office.

Returns

Do you accept returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:  
- The item must have been purchased from our online store.  
- The item must be unused.  
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.  
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.  
If you wish to exchange, please inform customer service that you would like a different item when preparing your return.

Is return shipping free?
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain the return address. After receiving the address, please place the item securely in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase.  
In some cases, return shipping is free. If you return an item for reasons other than hotvideoshop.com's fault, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How long does return processing take?
Returns will be confirmed within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the package.  
Once your return request is accepted, we will process the refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of receiving the return request.
